摘 要:针对工作面回撤巷道作为沿空留巷的问题,以祁东煤矿7132工作面为工程背景,应用爆破切顶卸压留巷技术来改善围压控制效果。通过现场监测,研究了爆破切顶卸压参数、巷道补强支护参数、巷道挡矸防护参数。工程实践表明:对回撤通道进行切顶卸压、补强支护等措施,大大改善了巷道围岩承压能力,减少了对附近上山、车场的影响,同时还将综采设备回收后即报废封闭的巷道,作为下一个工作面的出煤巷道使用,做到一条巷道重复利用,提高了巷道使用效率。研究成果对切顶卸压留巷技术有一定技术指导意义。In response to the problem of using the retreat roadway of the working face as a goaf retaining roadway,taking the 7132 working face of Qidong coal mine as the engineering background,the blasting cutting top unloading pressure retaining roadway technology is applied to improve the effect of confining pressure control.Through on-site monitoring,the parameters of blasting top cutting pressure relief,tunnel reinforcement support,and tunnel gangue protection were studied.Engineering practice has shown that measures such as roof cutting,pressure relief,and reinforcement support have greatly improved the pressure bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the roadway,reducing the impact on nearby uphill and parking lots.At the same time,the fully mechanized mining equipment will be recycled and the closed roadway will be scrapped for use as the next coal discharge roadway,achieving the reuse of one roadway and improving the efficiency of roadway use.The research results have certain technical guidance significance for the technology of roof cutting,unloading,and retaining roadway.
