开采扰动下煤柱力学响应的数值模拟研究

摘  要:为研究开采扰动过程中煤柱整体力学响应情况,通过数值模拟手段分析开采扰动过程中的力学模型,得到其应力场、位移场以及塑性区的变化情况,并通过二次开发得到应变能密度和主应力差来表征煤柱周围的应力集中情况。计算结果表明:在开采扰动初期,煤柱周围应力位移变化较小,当开采扰动达到峰值应力时,煤柱开始表现出位移增加,并且出现应力集中,塑性区在煤柱周围明显扩大;当开采扰动达到峰后阶段时,煤柱顶端位移变化最明显,最大值为40 mm,塑性区范围进一步扩大,主要出现在靠近卸荷区域的临空面;通过fish二次开发得到应变能密度和主应力差,分析得到煤柱顶底部和局部侧面是应力最为集中的区域,以期对类似的工程有一定的借鉴意义。In order to study the overall mechanical response of coal pillar during mining disturbance,the mechanical model during mining disturbance was analyzed by numerical simulation,and the changes of its stress field,displacement field and plastic zone were obtained.The strain energy density and principal stress difference were obtained through secondary development to characterize the stress concentration around coal pillar.The calculation results show that the stress displacement around the coal pillar changes little in the initial stage of mining disturbance.When the mining disturbance reaches the peak stress,the coal pillar begins to show an increase in displacement and stress concentration,and the plastic zone expands obviously around the coal pillar.When the mining disturbance reaches the post-peak stage,the maximum displacement change at the top of the coal pillar is 40 mm,and the plastic zone is further expanded,mainly appearing in the free surface near the unloading area.The strain energy density and principal stress difference are obtained through fish secondary development.The analysis shows that the top bottom and local side of coal pillar are the most concentrated areas of stress,which can be used for reference for similar projects.
