摘 要:针对定向钻孔抽采采动卸压瓦斯钻孔布置层位的选取困难问题,以平煤股份八矿15050工作面为研究背景,通过分析15050工作面在受多方面因素影响下的卸压瓦斯运移情况,得出了15050工作面卸压瓦斯运移规律,开展定向钻孔施工工艺,研究确定了钻孔施工工艺,采用经验公式法确定了顶板垮落带与裂隙带高度在11.76~42.76 m,并设计施工了6个定向钻孔开展工业性试验。经试验研究表明:钻场瓦斯抽采纯量基本保持在3~4 m^(3)/min,工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度基本控制在0.6%以下,定向钻孔抽采采动卸压瓦斯抽采技术应用效果显著,钻孔层位布置合理。Aiming at the difficult problem of selecting the arrangement layer of pressure relief gas drilling in directional drilling mining,taking the 15050 working face of Pingmei No.8 coal mine as the research background,by analyzing the pressure relief gas migration of the 15050 working face under the influence of various factors,the pressure relief gas migration law of the 15050 working face is obtained,and the drilling construction technology is determined by carrying out the research on the construction technology of directional drilling.The empirical formula method is used to determine the height of the roof caving zone and the fracture zone is 11.76-42.76 m,and six directional drillings are designed and constructed to carry out industrial tests.The experimental results show that the pure amount of gas extraction in the drilling field is basically stable at 3-4 m^(3)/min,and the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face is basically controlled below 0.6%.The application effect of directional drilling extraction and mining pressure relief gas extraction technology is remarkable,and the arrangement of drilling layers is reasonable.
