摘 要:煤层底板灰岩水害地面区域超前探查治理是煤层底板承压水害防治的重要技术。针对注浆施工过程中浆液扩散范围表征不足的现存问题,安装了加拿大ESG微震监测系统,用于实时监测谢桥煤层西翼1煤底板注浆区域。首先,介绍了传感器的布设及实施方案;其次,根据现场地质条件和施工参数调整了微震相应参数设置;随后,在数据处理阶段,通过时频域特征分析识别了注浆诱发微震信号,并据此进行了震源参数计算,进一步分析了不同注浆孔区域的分布形态;最后,研究了微震监测与注浆施工参数的“时-空-强”演化特征及其相关性。该研究对地下岩土工程的注浆规模的量化具有借鉴作用,可用于指导采区超前探查治理以及保证矿井安全,具有较强的推广应用价值。The management of ground area of limestone water damage is an important technology for the prevention and control of pressurized water hazards in coal seam floor.To address existing problems of insufficient characterization of slurry diffusion range during grouting,a Canadian ESG microseismic monitoring system was installed for real-time monitoring in the grouting area of the coal floor slab in the west wing of Xieqiao coal mine(No.1 coal seam plate).First,sensors′deployment and implementation scheme are introduced.Second,the corresponding parameter settings of microseismic system were adjusted according to on-site geological conditions and engineering parameters.Subsequently,during data processing stage,the grouting-induced microseismic signals were identified by time-frequency domain characterization,and accordingly,source parameters were calculated to further analyze distribution patterns along different grouting hole areas.Finally,the temporal,spatial,strength-related evolution characteristics of microseismic monitoring and grouting construction parameters and the correlations between them were investigated.This study is a reference for quantification of grouting scale in underground geotechnical engineering,and can be a guide for the management of pre-exploration in mining areas and ensuring mining safety,which is of strong value for popularization and application.
