摘 要:以潞安矿区五阳煤矿为例,通过采煤方法与技术的变革,控制岩层移动,进而实现地下水资源的有效调控,开发和保护水资源,实现煤水开采,变被动水害预防为主动治理。矿井水水质为无毒无害、略偏碱性的淡水,悬浮物、COD_(cr)、混浊度、色度超标。涌水量133.5 m^(3)/h,含水系数3.1。针对五阳煤矿地质、水文地质特征及涌水量情况,按工农业生产、生活用水对水质的不同要求,确定最佳的矿井水处理工艺及矿井水资源化利用方案,煤炭开采对矿区水文地质环境扰动量变小。可实现煤矿开采、水灾防治、水资源保护与高效利用的和谐统一,实现“优质水优化利用”。Taking Wuyang coal mine in Lu′an mining area as an example,controls the movement of rock formations through the reform of coal mining methods and technologies,so as to realize the effective regulation and control of groundwater resources,develop and protect water resources,realize coal-water co-mining,and change passive water hazard prevention to active management.The water quality of the mine is non-toxic and harmless,slightly alkaline fresh water,and the suspended solids,COD_(cr),turbidity and color exceed the standard.The normal water inflow is about 133.5 m^(3)/h,and the water content coefficient is 3.1.According to the geology,hydrogeological characteristics and water inflow of Wuyang coal mine,the optimal mine water treatment process and mine water resource utilization plan were determined according to the different requirements of industrial and agricultural production and domestic water quality,and the disturbance of coal mining to the hydrogeological environment of the mining area was reduced.It can achieve the harmony and unity of coal mining,water disaster prevention,water resource protection and efficient utilization,and realize the"optimal use of high-quality water".
