摘 要:我国大部分矿区存在松软煤体,钻孔塌孔是导致松软煤体顺层钻孔预抽瓦斯效率偏低主要因素之一。为了进一步解决松软煤体顺层钻孔防塌孔问题,对现有的筛管护孔技术进行改进和完善,利用专用的装备实现大直径筛管和封孔,并在玉溪煤矿进行了试验。结果表明:松软煤层大直径筛管防塌孔装置,能够在松软煤体中实现高效防塌孔作业;钻孔下大直径筛管后,在抽采后期对瓦斯抽采浓度有较大影响,下筛管对钻孔的有效抽采时间具有明显的提升效果。这项技术的推广应用,有望进一步解决高瓦斯松软煤体打钻、护孔和封孔存在的问题。There are soft coal bodies in most mining areas in China,and borehole collapse is one of the main factors leading to the low efficiency of pre-gas extraction by borehole along bedding.In order to further solve the problem of hole collapse prevention in bedding drilling of soft coal,the existing screen and hole protection technology is improved and perfected,and the large-diameter screen and hole sealing are realized by using special equipment.The results show that the anti-hole collapsing device with large diameter screen can realize high efficiency anti-hole collapsing operation in soft coal.The large diameter screen has a great influence on the gas extraction concentration in the late stage of extraction,and the lower screen has a significant effect on the effective extraction time of the drilling.The popularization and application of this technology is expected to further solve the problems of drilling,hole protection and hole sealing of high gas soft coal.
