薄、软煤层定向钻孔施工技术优化研究

摘  要:为了探究定向钻机在薄、软煤层钻进速度与煤层硬度、成孔效果等之间的关系,通过对定向钻机的钻探原理进行分析,并测定荣欣公司2^(#)、3^(#)和4^(#)煤层的坚固性系数为定向钻孔的施工工艺进行指导。2^(#)、3^(#)、4^(#)、5^(#)、8^(#)煤层坚固性系数均小于0.5,并选取3^(#)煤层进行定向钻进试验。研究结果表明:煤层硬度越大,所需的推进压力越大,推进速度也就越小;3^(#)煤层所需推进压力为3.5 MPa左右,推进速度为0.35 m/min左右;岩层所需推进压力4.1~4.5 MPa,推进速度0.25~0.29 m/min;矸所需推进压力为4.2 MPa左右,推进速度0.28 m/min。In order to explore the relationship between the drilling speed of directional drilling rigs in thin and soft coal seams and the hardness of coal,the drilling principle of directional drilling rigs is analyzed and the hardness coefficient of coal seams in Rongxin company′s No.2,No.3,No.4 coal seams is measured to guide the construction technology of directional drilling.The hardness coefficients of No.2,No.3,No4,No.5 and No.8 coal seams are all less than 0.5,and No.3 coal seam is selected directional drilling test;the research results show that:the harder the coal seam,the greater the required thrust pressure,and the lower the thrust speed;the required pressure for No.3 coal seam is about 3.5 MPa,and the thrust speed is about 0.35 m/min;the required pressure for rock is 4.1-4.5 MPa,and the thrust speed is 0.25-0.29 m/min;the required thrust pressure for gangue rock is about 4.2 MPa,and the thrust speed is 0.28 m/min.
