摘　　要：随着信息化、智慧化的发展,尽管一些煤矿原有的中控室PLC控制中心也得到相应的自动化升级,但由于硬件永远是向下匹配与兼容的,致使仅仅依靠原硬件系统升级受限。采用边缘控制器、1200PLC、KTP900以及EG30通过Profinet、Profibus等各类通信格式,对露天煤矿破碎站中控室S7-400PLC控制系统进行无人值守改造设计,其目的为解决主运场景及破碎场景的实时运营,以实现动态监控信息提高快速性响应,最终达到破碎与主运环境一系列边缘监测、人工智能(AI)特征识别以及本地传感器相结合的智慧化监控。With the development of informatization and intelligence,although the original PLC control center of the central control room in some coal mines has also been upgraded accordingly,because the hardware is always backward matched and compatible,it is limited to rely only on the original hardware system upgrade.The edge controller,1200PLC,KTP900 and EG30 are used to carry out the unattended transformation design of the S7-400PLC control system in the central control room of the open-pit coal mine crushing station through various communication formats such as Profinet,Profibus,etc.,the purpose of which is to solve the real-time operation of the main operation scenario and the crushing scene,so as to realize the dynamic monitoring information and accomplish the rapid response,and finally achieve a series of edge monitoring and artificial intelligence(AI)in the crushing and main operation environment Intelligent monitoring with feature recognition and local sensors.
