摘  要:针对矿用地震仪的本安设计要求和国标对本质安全型设备保护电路的规定,设计出一种基于集成保护芯片的本安电源电路,用于矿用地震仪的电池输出保护电路部分。该电源保护电路实现了2级过压、欠压和过流保护,并对各部分电源也采用了限压和限流保护。对矿用地震仪的本安电源设计、本安电源电路原理图进行了介绍,并针对各部分电源的本安参数给出了计算方法和关键器件的选型,通过实验结果验证了设计电路。对矿用本安型仪器的电源设计具有一定的参考意义。A intrinsically safe power supply circuit based on an integrated protection chip is design-ed for the battery output protection circuit of mining seismometers,in accordance with the require-ments of intrinsic safety design for mining seismometers and the provisions of national standards for intrinsic safety equipment protection circuits.Two-stage over-voltage,under-voltage,and over-current protection are implemented by this power protection circuit.Voltage and current limiting protection for each part of the power supply are also adopted.The design of intrinsic safety power supply and circuit schematic for mining seismometers are introduced,and calculation methods and selection of key components for intrinsic safety parameters of each part of the power supply are provided.The design circuit is verified through experimental results.It as certain reference significance for the design of intrinsic safety power supply for mining intrinsic safety equipme-nt.
