摘  要:随着煤矿开采深度的增加和井下辅助运输线路的延长,矿井轨道运输面临诸多挑战,如安全事故频发、运输效率低下及信息反馈不畅等问题。针对这些挑战,深入探讨了矿井轨道运输安全防护与智慧物流系统的集成应用,提出一套基于UWB精确定位、无线通信和智能调度算法的综合解决方案。构建了集轨道运输安全防护与智慧物流管理于一体的综合系统,该系统主要由井下综合基站、车载通信控制器、智能调度平台和物流管理系统4部分组成。井下综合基站负责数据的采集和初步处理,支持无线通信和UWB精确定位;车载通信控制器采集机车工况信息并通过无线通信上传;智能调度平台实现运输路线的优化规划和机车的智能调度;物流管理系统实现物料和车辆的实时跟踪定位及信息共享。研究结果表明,该系统显著提高了矿井轨道运输的效率和安全性,减少了运输过程中的人员和材料浪费,为智能化矿井建设提供了关键支撑。该系统在常村煤矿的实际应用中取得了良好效果,具有广泛的推广应用前景。With the increase in coal mining depth and the extension of underground auxiliary transportation lines,mine rail transportation faces numerous challenges,such as frequent safety accidents,low transportation efficiency,and poor information feedback.In response to these challenges,delves into the integrated application of safety protection and smart logistics systems for mine rail transportation,aiming to propose a comprehensive solution based on UWB precise positioning,wireless communication,and intelligent scheduling algorithms.By constructing an integrated system that combines rail transportation safety protection and smart logistics management,the system primarily consists of four components:underground integrated base stations,vehicle-mounted communication controllers,an intelligent scheduling platform,and a logistics management system.The underground integrated base stations are responsible for data collection and preliminary processing,supporting wireless communication and UWB precise positioning.The vehicle-mounted communication controllers collect locomotive operating conditions and upload them via wireless communication.The intelligent scheduling platform optimizes route planning and intelligent locomotive scheduling.The logistics management system enables real-time tracking and positioning of materials and vehicles,as well as information sharing.The research results indicate that the system significantly improves the efficiency and safety of mine rail transportation,reduces personnel and material waste during transportation,and provides crucial support for intelligent mine construction.The system has achieved good results in practical applications at Changcun coal mine demonstrating broad prospects for promotion and application.
