摘　　要：介绍了一种焊接筛篮的液压压紧装置,应用于离心机筛篮制作辅助工装领域,由液压油传动,液压缸的活塞运动控制压紧装置的压紧和松开,具有压紧速度快、压紧稳定、压力大的特点。本装置将电动机机械能转化为液压油的压力能,推出的液压油经外接管路传输到液压机械的液压缸中,上下进油口进油从而控制了液动机方向的变换、力量的大小及速度的快慢,推动各种液压机械做功。解决了传统筛篮压紧装置压力小、压力不稳定、生产效率低、耗费工时、劳动强度大的问题,使用本装置可以降低人工成本、提升焊接效率。Introduces a kind of hydraulic pressing device for welding sieve basket,which is used in the field of auxiliary equipment for making centrifuge sieve basket.Driven by hydraulic oil,the piston movement of hydraulic cylinder controls the pressing and loosening of the pressing device.It has the characteristics of fast pressing speed,stable pressing and large pressure.The hydraulic oil is transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic machinery through the external pipeline,and the oil is fed up and down the oil inlet,which controls the change of the direction of the hydraulic motor,the size of the force and the speed of the speed,and promotes various hydraulic machinery to do work.It solves the problems of low pressure,unstable pressure,low production efficiency,time consuming and high labor intensity of the traditional sieve basket pressing device.The use of the device can reduce the labor cost and improve the welding efficiency.
