摘  要:选煤废水的高效固液分离成为了制约煤炭清洁生产和利用的瓶颈环节,该难题的解决对资源的有效回收利用和生态文明建设具有重要意义。在工业智能化大背景下,装备的研发和创新是煤炭行业迈向智能化、绿色化、无人化发展的关键环节,因此研制高效可控、絮凝沉降关键参数监测、药剂添加控制的智能加药装备更精准、高效地解决煤泥水澄清问题具有重要现实意义。从传统煤泥水处理系统存在的问题出发,综述了智能化技术在絮凝沉降工艺参数监测、絮凝药剂加药控制系统和深度学习在智能加药系统的应用研究,指出了煤泥水处理能加药控制技术的发展趋势,为实现煤泥水智能化加药控制提供参考。The efficient solid-liquid separation of coal preparation wastewater has become a bottleneck restricting the clean production and utilization of coal.The solution of this problem is of great significance to the effective recycling of resources and the construction of ecological civilization.Under the background of industrial intelligence,the research and innovation of equipment is the key link for the coal industry to move towards intelligent,green and unmanned development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop intelligent dosing equipment with efficient and controllable,key parameter monitoring of flocculation and sedimentation,and reagent addition control to solve the problem of slime water clarification more accurately and efficiently.Based on the problems existing in the traditional slime water treatment system,the application of intelligent technology in flocculation sedimentation process parameter monitoring,flocculation agent dosing control system and deep learning in intelligent dosing system is reviewed.The development trend of dosing control technology in slime water treatment is pointed out,which provides a reference for realizing intelligent dosing control of slime water.
