摘 要:低灰的粗煤泥分选的尾煤具有很高的再选回收价值,以鹤壁某炼焦煤选煤厂的干扰床分选机(TBS)尾煤为试验原料,开展磨矿解离再选试验研究。通过探索磨矿解离程度和浮选药剂制度,确定了TBS尾煤的最佳分选参数:磨矿时间3 min,粒度组成为<0.074 mm占比68.96%,捕收剂种类1100三元、用量600 g/t,起泡剂种类Q7,用量150 g/t,浮选工艺流程为一粗两精。在此条件下可获得产率为51.88%、灰分10.35%的合格精煤产品。通过磨矿-浮选的再选工艺流程实现了TBS尾煤中精煤的深度解离回收,对于炼焦中煤等二次稀缺资源的再选回收具有重要的工业应用价值和经济意义。The tail coal from the low-ash coarse coal slurry separation has a high value for re-selection recovery.Taking the tail coal from the interference bed separator(TBS)of a coking coal washing plant in Hebi as the experimental material,a grinding liberation re-selection experimental study is carried out.By exploring the degree of grinding dissociation and the flotation reagent system,the optimal separation parameters for TBS tailings were determined:a grinding time of 3 minutes with a particle size distribution of 68.96%passing<0.074 mm,a collector type of 1100 ternary at a dosage of 600 g/t,a frother type of Q7 at a dosage of 150 g/t,and a flotation process flow of one roughing followed by two cleanings.Under these conditions,a qualified cleaned coal product with a yield of 51.88%and an ash content of 10.35%can be obtained.The recleaning process of grinding-flotation has achieved deep dissociation and recovery of cleaned coal in TBS tailings,which holds important industrial application value and economic significance for the recleaning and recovery of secondary scarce resources such as coking middle coal.
