摘　　要：自我管理不仅与中青年高血压的发生、发展密切相关,还影响降压药的疗效和疾病远期预后。缺乏自我管理是中青年高血压患者血压控制不佳的关键原因之一。因此,自我管理的影响因素仍是国内外高血压病研究的热点之一。本文旨在综述中青年高血压患者的自我管理及其影响因素,为进一步制定个性化干预措施,提高中青年高血压患者自我管理能力,改善其生命质量提供科学依据及参考。Self-management is not only closely related to the occurrence and development of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension,but also affects the efficacy of antihypertensive drugs and the long-term prognosis of the disease.Lack of self-management is one of the key reasons for poor blood pressure control in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension.Therefore,the influencing factors of self-management are still a hot topic in the study of hypertension at home and abroad.The purpose of this paper is to review the self-management and influencing factors of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension,and provide scientific basis and reference for further developing individualized intervention measures to improve self-management ability and quality of life of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension.
