金水宝胶囊辅助治疗对糖尿病肾病患者血清炎症因子和动脉血流及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究金水宝胶囊辅助治疗对糖尿病肾病患者血清炎症因子、动脉血流及肾功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月萍乡市第二人民医院收治的80例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予阿魏酸哌嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合金水宝胶囊治疗。比较两组血糖指标[空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(postprandial 2 h blood glucose,2 h PBG)]、炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)]水平、血压[舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)、收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)]和纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fg)水平、肾功能指标[血肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、24 h蛋白尿]及不良反应发生率。结果治疗3个月后,两组FBG、2 h PBG、hs-CRP、PCT、DBP、SBP、Fg、SCr、BUN、24 h蛋白尿水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论金水宝胶囊辅助阿魏酸哌嗪治疗糖尿病肾病,控糖效果较好,可有效改善患者肾功能、动脉血流,降低血清炎症因子水平,具有一定安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of Jinshuibao capsule adjuvant therapy on serum inflammatory factors,arterial blood flow and renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Pingxiang NO.2 People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with piperazine ferulate,and the observation group was treated with Jinshuibao capsule on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose index(fasting blood glucose[FBG]and postprandialstolic blood pressure[DBP],systolic blood pressure[SBP]),and fibrinogen(Fg)level,renal function indicators(serum creatinine[SCr],blood urea nitrogen[BUN],24 h proteinuria),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of FBG,2 h PBG,hs-CRP,PCT,DBP,SBP,Fg,SCr,BUN,24 h albuminuria of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Jinshuibao capsule assisted piperazine ferulate in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,with good sugar control effect,can effectively improve patients'kidney function,arterial blood flow,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,with certain safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
