摘　　要：目的探究还原型谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)联合血液灌流(hemoperfusion,HP)对急性有机磷中毒(acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,AOPP)患者心肌酶谱及肝功能的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年3月九江学院附属医院收治的82例AOPP患者作为研究对象,按照摸球法分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。两组均接受常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组应用HP疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合GSH治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肝功能、心肌酶谱、胃肠功能、神经功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组乳果糖/甘露醇、二胺氧化酶水平均低于对照组,瓜氨酸水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组感觉传导速度、腓总神经运动传导速度均快于对照组,F波潜伏期短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GSH联合HP治疗AOPP效果显著,可改善患者的肝功能、胃肠功能及心肌酶谱,提高神经功能,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of reduced glutathione(GSH)combined with hemoperfusion(HP)on myocardial enzyme spectrum and liver function in patients with acute organophosphate poisoning(AOPP).Methods 82 patients with AOPP admitted to the Jiujiang University Affiliated Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group using the touch ball method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group received HP therapy and the observation group received GSH therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,liver function,myocardial enzyme spectrum,gastrointestinal function,neurological function,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of lactulose/mannitol and diamine oxidase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of citrulline was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the sensory conduction velocity,the motor conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve in the observation group were faster than those in the control group,and the F wave latency was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of GSH and HP has significant effect on the treatment of AOPP,can improve the liver and gastrointestinal functions and myo
