河南省遂平县基层医务人员慢性病知识知晓情况调查及慢性病知识达标影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查河南省遂平县基层医务人员慢性病知识知晓情况,分析基层医务人员慢性病知识达标的影响因素,旨在为做好基层医务人员慢性病防治工作提供依据。方法选取2020年5-8月遂平县及其示范乡镇的242名医务人员作为研究对象,分析当地医务人员慢性病知识知晓情况,采用单因素及多因素Logistic逐步回归分析基层医务人员慢性病知识达标的影响因素。结果共发放问卷250份,回收有效问卷242份,问卷回收有效率为96.8%。242名基层医务人员的慢性病知识得分为(25.77±4.47)分。单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、工作年限、工作单位、学历、职称基层医务人员的慢性知识得分及慢性病知识达标率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic逐步回归分析结果显示,工作年限长(β=1.120,OR=3.065,95%CI=1.212~7.754)、职称低(β=0.870,OR=2.388,95%CI=1.476~3.863)是基层医务人员慢性病知识得分达标率低的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论遂平县基层医务人员慢性病知识得分不高,工作年限长、职称低是基层医务人员慢性病知识得分达标率低的危险因素,建议加强职称低、工作年限长的医务人员慢性病知识培训力度,提供继续教育机会,进一步提高基层医务人员慢性病防治水平。Objective To investigate the knowledge of chronic diseases among primary medical staff in Suiping County,Henan Province,and analyze the influencing factors of achieving the standard of chronic disease knowledge among primary medical staff,in order to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases among primary medical staff.Methods 242 medical staff from Suiping County and its demonstration towns from May to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects,the knowledge of chronic diseases among local medical staff were analyze,and the influencing factors of chronic disease knowledge attainment among primary medical staff were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic stepwise regression analysis.Results A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 242 valid questionnaires were returned,with the effective rate was 96.8%.The score of chronic disease knowledge of 242 primary medical staff were(25.77±4.47)scores.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the chronic knowledge scores and standard attainment rate of chronic disease knowledge among primary medical staff of different ages,working years,working units,educational backgrounds and professional titles(P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that long working years(β=1.120,OR=3.065,95%CI=1.212-7.754)and low professional titles(β=0.870,OR=2.388,95%CI=1.476-3.863)were the risk factors for the low attainment rate of chronic disease knowledge score of primary medical staff(P<0.05).Conclusions The scores of chronic disease knowledge of primary medical staff in Suiping County are not high,the long working years and low professional titles are risk factors for the low attainment rate of chronic disease knowledge among primary medical staff,it is suggested to strengthen the training of chronic disease knowledge,provide opportunities for continuing education for medical staff with low professional titles and long working years,and further improv
