腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊良性病变并胆总管结石的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊良性病变并胆总管结石的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月至2020年7月雷州市人民医院收治的78例胆囊良性病变并胆总管结石患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。对照组给予腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,观察组应用腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗,比较两组5年复发率及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组5年复发率、术后并发症发生率分别为0.00%、5.13%,均低于对照组的15.38%、23.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊良性病变并胆总管结石的临床疗效确切,可明显降低5年复发率和术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of benign gallbladder lesions with common bile duct stones.Methods 78 patients with benign gallbladder lesions with common bile duct stones who were treated in Leizhou People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy.The 5-year recurrence rate and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The 5-year recurrence rate and postoperative complications rate in the observation group were 0.00%,5.13%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 15.38%,23.07%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy has definite clinical effect in the treatment of benign gallbladder lesions with common bile duct stones,and can significantly reduce the incidence of 5-year recurrence rate and postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
