摘 要:目的分析婴幼儿肺炎血清维生素A和维生素D水平。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月上饶市立医院收治的80例肺炎婴幼儿作为实验组,另选取同期于本院门诊体检的80名健康婴幼儿作为对照组。检测并比较两组血清维生素A、D水平及比较两组维生素A、D缺乏情况。结果实验组血清维生素A水平低于对照组,维生素A缺乏占比高于对照组,维生素A正常占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组维生素A亚临床缺乏占比比较差异无统计学意义。实验组血清维生素D水平低于对照组,维生素D缺乏、正常占比均高于对照组,维生素D亚临床缺乏占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺炎婴幼儿普遍缺乏维生素A与维生素D,有效补充维生素A、D,可能会增强婴幼儿肺炎的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the serum vitamin A and vitamin D levels in infants with pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 infants and young children with pneumonia who were treated in Shangrao Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the experimental group,and 80 healthy infants and young children who underwent physical examination in the outpatient clinic of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum vitamin A,D levels were detected and compared between the two groups,and vitamin A and D deficiency were compared between the two groups.Results The serum vitamin A level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the proportion of vitamin A deficiency was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of vitamin A normal was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in subclinical vitamin A deficiency between the two groups.The serum vitamin D level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the proportion of vitamin D deficiency and normal were higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of subclinical vitamin D deficiency was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Infants and young children with pneumonia are generally deficient in vitamin A and vitamin D,effective supplementation of vitamin A and D may enhance therapeutic effect of infants and children with pneumonia.
