自制腹腔双套管在胃肠外科术后患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制腹腔双套管在胃肠外科术后患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2023年1—10月于新余市人民医院行胃肠道手术治疗的50例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组应用单腔引流管,观察组应用自制腹腔双套管引流,比较两组术后疼痛程度、术后指标与术后并发症发生率。结果术后24、48、72 h,两组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分均低于前一时间点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后48、72 h,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组拔管时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后引流液量、冲洗液量及住院费用均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制腹腔双套管可减轻胃肠外科患者术后疼痛感受,利于创口引流、减少冲洗,加速患者创口愈合,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用及术后并发症的发生。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made abdominal double cannula in postoperative gastrointestinal surgery patients.Methods 50 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in Xinyu People's Hospital from January to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group applied single cavity drainage tube and the observation group applied self-made abdominal double cannula,comparing the degree of postoperative pain,postoperative indicators and postoperative complications between the two groups.Results At 24,48,72 h after surgery,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were lower than the previous time point of the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 48,72 h after surgery,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The extubation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of postoperative drainage and flushing fluid,and the hospitalization expenses were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made abdominal double cannula can relieve postoperative pain of gastrointestinal surgery patients,facilitate wound drainage,reduce flushing,accelerate wound healing,shorten hospitalization time,and reduce hospitalization expenses and postoperative complications.
