摘　　要：目的探究自拟中药方剂治疗经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术(plasmakinetic enucleation of the prostate,PKEP)后患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年3月至2022年3月南京市高淳中医院收治的80例行经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用自拟中药方剂治疗。比较两组术后残余尿量、最大尿流量、国际前列腺症状(international prostate symptom score,IPSS)评分、生命质量及不良反应发生率。结果术后,两组最大尿流量均多于术前,残余尿量均少于术前,且实验组最大尿流量多于对照组,残余尿量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组生命质量评分均高于术前,IPSS评分均低于术前,且实验组生命质量评分高于对照组,IPSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论自拟中药方剂可显著降低PKEP术后尿路刺激症状,改善患者生命质量,对于术后快速康复具有积极的意义和价值。Objective To explore the effect of self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine prescriptions on patients after transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of the prostate(PKEP).Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of the prostate in Nanjing Gaochun Hospital Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules,while the experimental group was treated with self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital prescriptions on the basis of the control group.The postoperative residual urine volume,maximum urinary flow,international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,the maximum urine flow of the two groups was more than that before operation,and the residual urine volume was less than that before operation,the maximum urine flow in the experimental group was more than that in the control group,and the residual urine volume was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after operation,the quality of life score of the two groups were higher than that before operation,and the IPSS score was lower than that before operation,and the quality of life score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the IPSS score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine prescriptions can significantly reduce the urinary tract irritation symptoms after PKEP and improve the quality of life of patients,which has positive significance and value f
