运动想象疗法联合中药泡洗在缺血性脑卒中患者肢体运动功能康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析运动想象疗法联合中药泡洗在缺血性脑卒中患者肢体运动功能康复中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1—12月九江市中医医院收治的80例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予常规康复锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上给予运动想象疗法联合中药泡洗。比较两组运动功能、生命质量及临床疗效。结果干预后,观察组上肢运动功能评分、下肢运动功能评分、整体功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组生理机能、生理职能、精力、情感职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康及总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动想象疗法联合中药泡洗能治疗缺血性脑卒中效果显著,可提升患者肢体运动功能及生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of exercise imagination therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine bubble washing on the rehabilitation of limb motor function in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Jiujiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given regular rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was given increased exercise imagery therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine bubble washing on the basis of the control group.The motor function,quality of life and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of upper limb motor function,lower limb motor function and overall function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,energy,emotional function,social function,physical pain,mental health and overall health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 72.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of exercise imagination therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine bubble washing in the treatment of ischemic stroke is significant,which can improve the limb motor function and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
