Objective To explore the effects of personalized psychological intervention based on narrative nursing on the psychological state and adverse reactions of first-time blood donors. Methods A total of 410 first-time blood donors from the 910th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method, with 205 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group added personalized psychological intervention based on narrative nursing on the basis of the control group. The occurrence of adverse reactions, psychological state(symptom checklist 90[SCL-90],self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS])and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental groups was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention, and the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were lower than those before intervention and the control group, and the SCL-90 scores was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in SCL-90 scores in the control group before and after intervention. The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized psychological intervention of narrative nursing for first-time blood donors can reduce adverse reactions, significantly relieve the tension, anxiety and other emotions of first-time blood donors, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
