健康中国视域下中医专业型硕士研究生“双螺旋”临床教学体系构建与探索

摘　　要：《“健康中国”2030规划纲要》强调以人民健康为中心,充分发挥中医药的特色优势,加强医教协同,建立完善的医学人才培养体系。以全面提高中医专业硕士研究生临床岗位胜任力为目标,探究创新改革中医专业的临床教学体系。临床教学应紧紧围绕“研究生”“导师组”两条主链,以中医临床实践为抓手,从提高临床综合素质、加强临床知识运用和提升临床操作技能三个维度中提炼出“医德医风、医患沟通、团队协作、经典运用、中医思维、病历书写、临床诊疗、基本操作、应急处理”九个核心点作为连接两条主链的“氢键”,从而模拟DNA结构以构建“双螺旋”临床教学体系,以期为中医专业型硕士研究生培养提供新思路,为中医药健康事业提供有力的人才保障。The"Healthy China"2030 Plan Outline emphasizes a people-centered approach to health,leveraging the unique advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine and strengthening the collaboration between medical education and practice,it aims to establish a comprehensive medical talent training system.With the goal of comprehensively enhancing the clinical competency of Traditional Chinese Medicine professional master's students,the article explores innovative reforms in the clinical teaching system for Traditional Chinese Medicine.Clinical teaching should closely focus on the two main chains of"graduate students"and"mentor groups",using Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical practice as the foundation,from the three dimensions of improving clinical comprehensive quality,strengthening the application of clinical knowledge,and enhancing clinical operational skills,nine core elements are extracted as"hydrogen bonds"connecting the two main chains.These elements include medical ethics,doctorpatient communication,teamwork,classical application,Traditional Chinese Medicine thinking,medical record writing,clinical diagnosis and treatment,basic operations,and emergency handling,this structure simulates the DNA double helix to construct a"double helix"clinical teaching system,the aim is to provide new ideas for the training of Traditional Chinese Medicine professional master's students and to offer strong talent support for the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine health initiatives.
