血管造影X射线机下介入手术治疗对糖尿病足患者溃疡复发率及疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析研究血管造影X射线机下实施介入治疗措施对于糖尿病足患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2023年1月~2023年12月本院收治的64例糖尿病足患者作为研究样本,随机分为观察组、对照组,每组各32例,组间一般资料差异不显著(P>0.05)。两组患者实施差异性对比治疗,其中对照组予以常规治疗措施,观察组则在血管造影X射线机下介入治疗方案,对比分析两组患者的溃疡发病率以及疼痛缓解状况。结果:在治疗总有效率对比方面,观察组96.88%显著高于对照组的78.13%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在溃疡发病率、中重度疼痛率评价指标对比方面,观察组(0、6.25%)均显著低于对照组(12.50%、28.13%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血管造影X射线机下,针对糖尿病足患者实施介入治疗措施,能够降低溃疡复发率、缓解患者疼痛感,并改善其下肢缺血症状,应用效果较好。Objective:To analyze and study the therapeutic effect and application value of interventional treatment for patients with diabetes foot under angiographic X-ray machine.Methods:64 patients with diabetes foot admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as study samples and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 32 cases in each group.There was no significant difference in general information between the groups(P>0.05).Differential comparative treatment between two groups of patients.The control group patients were treated with conventional treatment measures,while the corresponding observation group was treated with interventional therapy under the angiographic X-ray machine,and the ulcer incidence rate and pain relief of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The effective rate of the observation group(96.88%)was higher than control group(78.13%)(P<0.05),the incidence of ulcer and the rate of moderate and severe pain were significantly lower in the observation group(0,6.25%)than in the control group(12.50%,28.13%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the X-ray machine of angiography,the interventional therapy for diabetic foot patients can reduce the recurrence rate of ulcer,relieve the pain of patients and improve the ischemic symptoms of lower limbs.
