摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌的超声征象与循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)的相关性分析。方法:回顾性分析68例乳腺癌的超声征象(肿物大小、边缘、纵横比、内部回声、钙化、后方回声变化情况、Alder血流分级、腋窝淋巴结转移情况等)与CTC的检测结果的相关性。结果:在68例乳腺癌肿物的超声征象中,边缘呈毛刺征、沙粒样微钙化、Alder血流分级为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级、出现腋窝淋巴结转移者的CTC的阳性率高于边缘无毛刺征、无沙粒样微钙化、Alder血流分级为0~Ⅰ级、未出现腋窝淋巴结转移者,其相关性有统计学意义(P<0.05);在68例乳腺癌肿物的超声征象中,肿物的大小、纵横比、内部回声及后方回声变化情况与CTC的阳性率不相关,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌的超声征象中边缘呈毛刺征、沙粒样微钙化、Alder血流分级为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级、出现腋窝淋巴结转移与同期的CTC阳性率呈正相关,可为乳腺癌的治疗以及预后提供一定的参考依据。Objective:To investigate the correlation between ultrasound signs of breast cancer and circulating tumor cells(CTC).Methods:The correlation between the ultrasound signs(size,margin,aspect ratio,internal echo,calcification,posterior echo,Alder blood flow grade,axillary lymph node metastasis,etc.)and the detection results of circulating tumor cells(CTC)in 68 cases of breast cancer was analyzed retrospectively.Results:In 68 cases of breast cancer tumor ultrasound signs,the positive rate of circulating tumor cells(CTC)in patients with burr sign at the edge,sandy microcalcification,Alder blood flow gradeⅡ-Ⅲand axillary lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients with no burr sign,no sandy microcalcification,Alder blood flow grade 0-Ⅰand no axillary lymph node metastasis,The correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).In 68 cases of breast cancer tumor ultrasound signs,the size of the tumor,aspect ratio,internal echo and posterior echo changes were not correlated with the positive rate of circulating tumor cells(CTC),there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the ultrasonic signs of breast cancer,the edge shows burr sign,sand like microcalcification,Alder blood flow grade isⅡ-Ⅲ,and axillary lymph node metastasis is positively correlated with the positive rate of circulating tumor cells(CTC)in the same period,which can provide some reference for the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer.
