摘 要:目的:探究腹膜后肿瘤近红外荧光手术导航探针的研发结合超声造影评估的临床应用价值。方法:自2023年6月~2023年12月对30只患有腹膜后肿瘤的小鼠作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(25只)和观察组(5只),对照组采用不同药物+激光治疗,观察组采用杂化膜包纳米颗粒+激光治疗,激光治疗过程中,两组小鼠均采用近红外荧光手术导航探针结合超声造影对肿瘤进行定位、评估,记录和对比两组小鼠手术过程中的荧光显像效果及超声造影对肿瘤位置、大小、边界、周围重要组织的显示情况,并对比两组小鼠治疗前后的肿瘤大小、体重。结果:两组小鼠手术过程中的荧光显像效果均较高,且两组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组小鼠手术过程中的荧光显像效果及超声造影对肿瘤位置、大小、边界、周围重要组织的显示率均较高,且两组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,两组小鼠肿瘤大小、体重对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组小鼠肿瘤大小低于对照组,观察组小鼠体重高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用近红外荧光手术导航探针结合超声造影辅助腹膜后肿瘤小鼠行激光治疗,可为手术导航提供准确的肿瘤位置信息,从而有助于提升治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of near-infrared fluorescence surgical navigation probe development combined with ultrasound contrast evaluation in retroperitoneal tumor.Methods:From June 2023 to December 2023,30 mice with retroperitoneal tumor were selected as research objects and divided into control group(25 mice)and observation group(5 mice)by random number table method.The control group received different drugs+laser treatment,while the observation group received hybrid membrane-coated nanoparticles+laser treatment.In both groups,near-infrared fluorescence surgical navigation probe combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound was used to locate and evaluate the tumor.The fluorescence imaging effect during surgery and the display of tumor location,size,boundary and surrounding important tissues by contrast-enhanced ultrasound were recorded and compared between the two groups,and the tumor size and weight before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The fluorescence imaging effect of the two groups was higher during operation,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).The fluorescence imaging effect and CEUS display rate of tumor location,size,boundary and surrounding important tissues were higher in the two groups during operation,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in tumor size and body weight between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the tumor size of mice in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the body weight of mice in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of near-infrared fluorescent surgical navigation probe combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound to assist laser treatment of retroperitoneal tumor mice can provide accurate tumor location information for surgical navigation,thus
