摘　　要：目的:分析胃肠息肉治疗中实施无痛消化内镜高频电刀治疗方案的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月~2023年6月本院就诊收治的胃肠息肉患者为研究对象,共有300例患者自愿参与本次研究,将上述研究样本基于随机数字表法分为不同治疗组,其中对照组150例患者接受常规内镜下高频电刀治疗方案,另外150例接受无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗的患者记为研究组。对比观察两组术后恢复情况、临床疗效、并发症发生率变化。结果:研究组术后胃肠道功能恢复时间短、术后2h疼痛评分低、住院时间短、创面愈合率高(P<0.05);观察两组手术条件下高频电刀手术治疗方案对临床应用治疗效果影响发现,研究组治疗方案更具有优越性,研究组治疗总有效率高(P<0.05);分析两组手术治疗方案应用安全性差异发现,研究组所采用的手术方案术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,组间对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠息肉疾病采取消化内镜下高频电刀治疗方案具有良好的治疗效果,而在无痛环境下进行手术治疗,对机体胃肠功能及炎性损伤产生的影响小,利于促进患者康复。Objective:To analyze the application effect of painless endoscopic high-frequency electric knife treatment in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.Methods:A total of 300 patients with gastrointestinal polyps admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The study samples were randomly divided into different treatment groups based on a random number table method.The control group consisted of 150 patients who received conventional endoscopic high-frequency electric knife treatment,while the other 150 patients who received painless endoscopic high-frequency electric knife treatment were recorded as the study group.Compare and observe the postoperative recovery,clinical efficacy,and changes in the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results:The study group had a short postoperative recovery time for gastrointestinal function,low postoperative pain score at 2 hours,short hospital stay,and high wound healing rate(P<0.05);Observing the impact of high-frequency electric knife surgical treatment plans on clinical application under two sets of surgical conditions,it was found that the treatment plan of the study group was more superior,and the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05);Analysis of the differences in the safety of two surgical treatment plans revealed that the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastrointestinal polyp disease can be treated with high-frequency electrotomy under digestive endoscopy with good therapeutic effect,while surgical treatment in a painless environment has little impact on gastrointestinal function and inflammatory damage,which is conducive to promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
