摘　　要：目的:探讨点阵激光加卤米松乳膏联合308准分子光治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年10月~2023年12月本院诊治的60例白癜风患者,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组与治疗组,每组30例。对照组仅给予308nm准分子光照射治疗,治疗组采用CO_(2)点阵激光加卤米松乳膏治疗后再予以308nm准分子光照射治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状严重程度、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状严重程度均降低,且治疗组症状严重程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:点阵激光加卤米松乳膏联合308准分子光治疗白癜风患者临床疗效确切,能够减轻患者症状严重程度,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of dot matrix laser combined with halometasone cream and 308 excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:60 vitiligo patients treated in our hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected and included in a control group and a treatment group according to different treatment plans,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was only treated with 308nm excimer light irradiation,while the treatment group was treated with CO_(2) dot matrix laser and halometasone cream before receiving 308nm excimer light irradiation.Compare the clinical efficacy,severity of symptoms,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the severity of symptoms in both groups decreased,and the severity of symptoms in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of dot matrix laser and halometasone cream with 308 excimer light therapy has definite clinical efficacy in treating vitiligo patients,can reduce the severity of symptoms,and has high safety.
