摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一种常见病,呼吸机疗法是其主要治疗方法,其中无创呼吸机治疗方法应用较为广泛,具有无创、低感染、低成本等优势,实现缩短住院时间、降低医疗费用、节约医疗资源、尽快进行后续治疗、最终改善疗效、患者获益最大化的目的。通过结合国内外无创呼吸机治疗COPD发展现状及进展,对无创呼吸机治疗COPD的作用机制及效果进行分析,以期为我国COPD治疗进一步发展提供依据。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)is a common disease,ventilator therapy is the main treatment,the non-invasive ventilator treatment is widely used,has the advantages of noninvasive,low infection,low cost,shorten hospital stay,reduce medical costs,save medical resources,as soon as possible for subsequent treatment,ultimately improve the curative effect,the purpose of patients benefit maximization.By combining the development status and progress of non-invasive ventilator therapy for COPD at home and abroad,the action mechanism and effect of non-invasive ventilator therapy for COPD are analyzed to provide a basis for the further development of COPD therapy in China.
