摘　　要：目的:针对重型颅脑外伤患者,研讨高压氧舱、标准外伤大骨瓣减压手术联合应用对患者的影响。方法:选择2022年7月~2024年7月重型颅脑外伤患者100例,选用信封法开展组别区分,50例施以标准外伤大骨瓣减压手术治疗,该组作为参比组;另有50例基于高压氧舱联合标准外伤大骨瓣减压手术治疗,该组作为研讨组,比较两组颅内压、脑部平均血流量、预后情况、神经缺损程度、并发症发生情况。结果:颅内压水平在研讨组相比参比组更低,研讨组脑部平均血流量较参比组更高,P<0.05。研讨组预后良好性高于参比组,P<0.05。相比参比组SSS分值,研讨组更高,P<0.05。研讨组并发症发生率较参比组更低,P<0.05。结论:联合应用高压氧舱、标准外伤大骨瓣减压手术对患者施以治疗,可以明显改善患者的颅内压、脑部平均血流量,促进神经功能恢复,并且患者发生并发症情况较少,能够提高预后。Objective:To investigate the combined effect of hyperbaric oxygen chamber and standard trauma large bone flap decompression surgery on patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods:From July 2022 to July 2024,100 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were divided into two groups using the envelope method.The control group received standard trauma large bone flap decompression surgery,while the observation group received hyperbaric oxygen chamber combined with standard trauma large bone flap decompression surgery,with 50 patients in each group.The intracranial pressure,average cerebral blood flow,prognosis,degree of nerve defect,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The intracranial pressure level was lower in the observation group compared to the control group,and the average cerebral blood flow in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with P<0.05.The good prognosis of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared to the control group,the observation group had a higher SSS score,with P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion:Combination therapy can significantly improve intracranial pressure and average cerebral blood flow in patients,promote neurological function recovery,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which can improve prognosis.
