单纯弹簧圈栓塞术与支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞介入术治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较单纯弹簧圈栓塞术与支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞介入术治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取南通市通州区人民医院脑血管病诊治中心的颅内动脉瘤患者74例为研究对象。对照组给予单纯弹簧圈栓塞术;观察组给予支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞介入术。比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应和并发症情况。结果:观察组的总有效率为97.30%显著高于对照组的83.78%,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的MMSE评分、NIHSS评分及Barthel评分比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者的三组评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05),其中观察组治疗后的NIHSS评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。两组患者术后不良反应总发生率和并发症总发生率比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者半年内均无1例复发。结论:对比单独应用弹簧圈,支架辅助弹簧圈对动脉瘤的临床疗效更好,术后神经功能恢复更佳,且不会增加术后不良反应和并发症的发生,安全性较好。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of simple coil embolization and stent assisted coil embolization intervention for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:74 patients with intracranial aneurysms were selected as the research subjects.The control group received simple coil embolization;The observation group received stent assisted coil embolization intervention.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.30%,significantly higher than the control group's 83.78%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in MMSE score,NIHSS score,and Barthel score between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the three groups of patients in both groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05),and the NIHSS score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and complications between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).There was no recurrence in either group of patients within six months.Conclusion:Compared with the use of spring coils alone,stent assisted spring coils have better clinical efficacy for aneurysms,and do not increase the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and complications.They have good safety.
