摘  要:目的:探究关节镜下经皮空心螺钉联合钢丝环扎术治疗髌骨骨折患者的效果。方法:选取2022年3月~2023年3月本院收治的40例髌骨骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组采用传统的手术方式,观察组采用经皮腔内穿刺中空螺丝加金属丝的方法进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗有效率和关节积分等指标。结果:观察组髌骨骨折患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后切口明显缩短,术中失血明显减少,术后平均住院天数及骨折痊愈时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。观察组Lysholm关节积分较对照组显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:在髌骨骨折患者手术中应用关节镜技术,可以方便、安全、有效地进行手术,减少患者的痛苦。Objective:To explore the effect of arthroscopic percutaneous hollow screw combined with steel wire cerclage in the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods:40 patients with patellar fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traditional surgery,while the observation group was treated by percutaneous puncture of hollow screws and wire.The effective rate and joint integral of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of patella fracture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the postoperative incision was obviously shortened,the intraoperative blood loss was obviously reduced,and the average postoperative hospitalization days and fracture healing time were obviously shortened(P<0.05).The Lysholm joint score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic technique can be used in the operation of patients with patellar fracture,which can be convenient,safe and effective,and reduce the pain of patients.
