全自动洗胃机在急诊中毒患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨并评估全自动洗胃机在急诊科处理中毒患者时的应用成效。方法:将2015年1月~2024年6月本院收治的急诊中毒患者355例作为本次分析对象,依据患者治疗方案的差异进行分组,其中对照组177例予以传统洗胃治疗方案,观察组178例予以全自动洗胃机治疗方案,对两组患者干预后的治疗有效率、临床各项指标、并发症发生率等情况进行比较分析。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率(98.32%)相比于对照组(94.35%)更高,P<0.05;相较于对照组,观察组患者在洗胃所需时间、症状消退时间、洗胃液残留量以及住院时间上均表现出更短的时长,P<0.05;同时观察组患者的并发症发生率(1.68%)相比于对照组更低,P<0.05。结论:对于急诊中毒患者,运用自动洗胃机进行洗胃治疗具有更高的优势性,可显著改善患者的治疗效果,同时促进症状改善。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of automatic gastric lavage machine in emergency poisoning patients.Methods:A total of 355 patients with acute poisoning admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2024 were divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment 2024,178 cases in the observation group were treated with automatic gastric lavage machine,to compare and analyze the effective rate,clinical indexes and complication rate of the two groups after intervention.Results:The treatment efficacy rate of the observation group patients(98.32%)was higher than that of the control group(94.35%),P<0.05;The gastric lavage time,symptom disappearance time,residual amount of gastric lavage fluid,and hospitalization time of the observation group patients were shorter than those of the control group,P<0.05;At the same time,the incidence of complications in the observation group patients(1.68%)was lower,P<0.05 compared to the control group.Conclusion:For the patients with acute poisoning,the use of automatic gastric lavage machine for gastric lavage has a higher advantage,can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients,improve symptoms,shorten the length of hospital stay,and further reduce complications.
