摘　　要：目的:研究心搏骤停患者急诊科急救中应用自动心肺复苏仪的救治效果。方法:选取2022年1月~2023年12月南昌大学第二附属医院急诊科收治的60例心搏骤停患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用人工心肺复苏实施急救,观察组患者采用自动心肺复苏仪实施急救,比较两组患者的心肺复苏指标、救治效果及两组患者家属的救治满意度。结果:观察组患者的血压恢复时间、心跳恢复时间、呼吸恢复时间用时更短(P<0.05);且观察组患者的平均电除颤次数更少(P<0.05);整体抢救成功率更高(P<0.05);患者家属的救治满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的心肺复苏成功率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:心搏骤停患者急救中应用自动心肺复苏仪能够在短时间内恢复患者的心跳、呼吸和血压,提升抢救成功率,提高患者家属的救治满意度。Objective:To study the effect of automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)instrument in emergency department of patients with cardiac arrest.Methods:60 patients with cardiac arrest admitted to the emergency Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Randomized number table method was used to assign control group and observation group.Patients in the control group received artificial cardiopulmonary resuscitation for first aid,and patients in the observation group received automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation apparatus for first aid.The indexes of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the treatment effect and the satisfaction of the family members of the two groups were compared.Results:The blood pressure recovery time,heartbeat recovery time and respiratory recovery time in observation group were shorter(P<0.05).The average frequency of electrical defibrillation in observation group was less(P<0.05).The overall rescue success rate was higher(P<0.05);Family members of patients had higher satisfaction with treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument in the first aid of patients with cardiac arrest can restore the heartbeat,breathing and blood pressure of patients in a short time,improve the success rate of rescue and improve the satisfaction of patients’families.
