摘　　要：目的:分析化学发光分析仪在检测肿瘤标志物和激素类项目中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年5月~2024年5月在天津市河东区向阳楼街社区卫生服务中心接受肿瘤五项和甲状腺功能六项检测的患者,共计2381例。其中,接受肿瘤五项检测的患者1199例,设为A组;接受甲状腺功能六项检测的患者1182例,设为B组。另选择同期在天津市河东区向阳楼街社区卫生服务中心进行常规体检的健康人群1000例作为对照,设为C组。采用同一套化学发光分析仪对三组患者的血清样本进行检测,分别测定肿瘤五项(AFP、CEA、CA125、CA19-9,CA72-4)和甲状腺功能六项(FT3、FT4、T3、T4、TSH,Anti-TP0),并记录检测结果。结果:A组和C组的肿瘤标志物检测结果显示,肿瘤五项(AFP、CEA、CA125、CA19-9,CA72-4)在A组患者中的平均值、标准差和阳性率均显著高于C组健康人群,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组和C组的激素类项目检测结果显示,甲状腺功能六项(FT3、FT4、T3、T4、TSH,Anti-TP0)在B组患者中的平均值、标准差和阳性率均显著高于C组健康人群,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化学发光分析仪在检测肿瘤标志物和激素类项目中具有较高的灵敏度和特异性,能够有效地辅助临床诊断和治疗。Objective:To analyze the application effect of chemiluminescence analyzer in detecting tumor markers and hormone items.Methods:A total of 2381 patients who underwent tumor five item and thyroid function six item tests in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected.Among them,1199 patients who underwent five tumor tests were designated as group A;1182 patients who underwent six thyroid function tests were assigned to group B.Another 1000 cases of healthy people who underwent routine physical examination at Xiangyanglou Street Community Health Service Centre,Hedong District,Tianjin,during the same period of time were selected as controls and set as group C.The same chemiluminescence analyzer was used to detect serum samples from three groups of patients,measuring five tumor parameters(AFP,CEA,CA125,CA19-9,CA72-4)and six thyroid function parameters(FT3,FT4,T3,T4,TSH,Anti-TP0),and record the test results.Results:The results of tumor marker detection in group A and group C showed that the mean,standard deviation,and positivity rate of the five tumor markers(AFP,CEA,CA125,CA19-9,CA72-4)in group A were significantly higher than those in group C healthy population,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The results of hormone testing in groups B and C showed that the mean,standard deviation,and positivity rate of the six thyroid function parameters(FT3,FT4,T3,T4,TSH,Anti-TP0)in group B patients were significantly higher than those in group C healthy population,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The chemiluminescence analyzer has high sensitivity and specificity in detecting tumor markers and hormone items,and can effectively assist clinical diagnosis and treatment.
