摘　　要：目的:探讨全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测甲状腺功能5项指标(T3、T4、TSH、FT3、FT4)在疑似甲状腺疾病患者中的临床意义,并分析其诊断价值。方法:纳入90例疑似甲状腺疾病患者(研究组)及90例健康体检者(对照组)作为研究对象,均进行甲状腺功能5项检测。结果:研究组90例疑似甲状腺疾病患者与对照组90例健康体检者T3、TSH、FT3对比差异显著(P<0.05),两组T4、FT4对比未见显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:通过全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测甲状腺功能5项指标,可以早期发现甲状腺疾病,为临床诊断和治疗提供重要依据。同时,对甲状腺疾病患者的严重程度和预后评估也具有一定的参考价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay in detecting 5 thyroid function indexes(T3,T4,TSH,FT3,FT4)in patients with suspected thyroid diseases,and to analyze their diagnostic value.Methods:90 patients with suspected thyroid disease(study group)and 90 healthy subjects(control group)were included in the study,and five thyroid function tests were performed.Results:There were significant differences in T3,TSH and FT3 between 90 patients with suspected thyroid disease in the study group and 90 healthy subjects in the control group(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in T4,FT4 between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay can detect thyroid disease early and provide important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.At the same time,it also has a certain reference value for the evaluation of the severity and prognosis of patients with thyroid disease.
