摘　　要：目的:研究血液透析仪联合血液灌流器治疗老年维持性透析合并肾性骨病患者后对其临床疗效、血清学指标的影响作用。方法:选择2022年2月~2024年2月北京市顺义区医院收治的80例老年维持性透析合并肾性骨病患者,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组(n=40)实施血液透析仪治疗,观察组(n=40)实施血液透析仪联合血液灌流器治疗。治疗半年后,比较两组患者的临床总有效率;骨形态发生蛋白、转化生长因子(TGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF);血清学指标及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的骨形态发生蛋白、TGF、VEGF水平、血清学指标对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的上述指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组患者上述指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用血液透析仪联合血液灌流器对老年维持性血液透析伴肾性骨病患者开展治疗,其临床效果以及安全性可得到显著提升。Objective:To study the effect of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion on elderly patients with renal bone disease.Methods:80 cases of elderly patients with maintenance dialysis and renal bone disease in Shunyi District Hospital,Beijing from February 2022 to February 2024 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=40)received treatment with hemodialysis machine,while the observation group(n=40)received treatment with hemodialysis machine combined with hemoperfusion machine.After six months of treatment,compare the total clinical effective rate between the two groups of patients;Bone morphogenetic protein,transforming growth factor(TGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF);Serological indicators and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The total clinical response rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);Protein,TGF,VE GF,and serological indexes(P>0.05);After treatment,the above indicators were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the patients in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis with renal bone disease,the clinical effect and safety can be significantly improved.
