血液透析仪滤过治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者采取血液透析仪滤过治疗的临床治疗效果。方法:本文应用对比研究方式,选取2023年12月~2024年10月医院收治的62例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者资料。按照随机方式完成患者分组处理,对照组应用常规治疗,观察组联合血液透析仪滤过治疗。结果:在对患者应用血液透析仪滤过治疗后,观察组患者瘙痒程度评分、炎症指标明显下降,观察组患者生化指标、肾功能指标均得到明显优化,焦虑情绪以及睡眠质量评分明显更优(P<0.05)。结论:应用血液透析仪滤过治疗具有理想的效果,能够缓解患者瘙痒症状,有利于降低炎症指标,改善患者生化功能以及肾功能指标,进而调节患者焦虑情绪,提高患者睡眠质量。Objective:To observe the clinical treatment effect of hemodialysis filtration therapy on patients with uremic skin itching.Methods:This study used a comparative research method to select data from 62 patients with uremic skin itching admitted to the hospital from December 2023 to October 2024.Patients were randomly divided into groups,with the control group receiving conventional treatment and the observation group receiving combined treatment with hemodialysis filtration.Results:After the application of hemodialysis filtration therapy to patients,the itching degree score and inflammatory indicators of the observation group patients significantly decreased.The biochemical and renal function indicators of the observation group patients were significantly optimized,and the anxiety and sleep quality scores were significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hemodialysis filtration therapy has ideal effects,which can alleviate patients’itching symptoms,reduce inflammatory indicators,improve patients’biochemical and renal function indicators,thereby regulating patients’anxiety and improving their sleep quality.
