有创动脉压监测在危重症患者病情观察中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:讨论有创动脉压监测在危重症患者病情观察中的应用效果。方法:选择2023年4月~2024年4月本院收治的危重症患者86例作为研究对象,借助于随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组各43例。参照组以无创血压监测为主,试验组应用有创动脉压监测方案,分析相关指标。结果:与参照组相比,试验组等体征相关指标的监测数据得到改善(P<0.05);试验组的治疗有效率高于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:有创动脉压监测的应用,对加快危重症患者体征改善速度作用显著。Objective:To discuss the application effect of invasive arterial pressure monitoring in the condition observation of critically ill patients.Methods:86 critically ill patients from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research goal.The patients were divided into two groups with the help of random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group mainly used non-invasive blood pressure monitoring,and the test group used the invasive arterial pressure monitoring protocol.Analyze the relevant indicators.Results:Compared with the reference group,the monitoring data of physical signs and other related indicators in the test group was improved(P<0.05).The treatment response rate of the test group was higher than that of the reference group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of invasive arterial pressure monitoring has a significant effect on accelerating the improvement of physical signs in critically ill patients.
