多频振动排痰机对重症肺炎患者呼吸道管理的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析多频振动排痰机用于重症肺炎患者呼吸道管理中的效果。方法:抽取本院2022年1月~2023年12月收治的重症肺炎患者56例为观察对象,按照随机数字法分为参照组、研究组各28例。参照组进行人工促排痰,研究组采用多频振动排痰机排痰。比较两组重症肺炎患者干预后的肺功能、炎症因子、生活质量以及干预满意程度。结果:干预后,研究组肺功能各指标水平高于参照组,研究组炎症因子各指标水平低于参照组,研究组生活质量各项目分值高于参照组,研究组干预总满意率100.00%高于参照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:多频振动排痰机用于重症肺炎患者呼吸道管理中,患者肺功能、炎症因子明显改善,生活质量提高,效果显著。Objective:To analyze the effect of multi-frequency vibrating sputum elimination machine in respiratory tract management of severe pneumonia patients.Methods:56 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation subjects and randomly divided into a reference group and a study group,with 28 patients in each group.The reference group was subjected to artificial expectoration;The study group used a multi frequency vibration sputum removal machine to remove phlegm.Compared the lung function,inflammatory factors,quality of life,and intervention satisfaction of two groups of severe pneumonia patients after intervention.Results:After intervention,the indexes of lung function,inflammatory factors and quality of life in study group were higher than those in reference group,the total satisfaction rate of intervention in study group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in reference group(85.71%),and the difference was statistically significant significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:Multi-frequency vibrating sputum elimination machine used in respiratory tract management of patients with severe pneumonia,lung function,inflammatory factors improved significantly,improve quality of life,the effect is significant.
