摘　　要：目的:探讨经鼻高流量湿化氧疗仪在重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者中的疗效。方法:选择本院2021年11月~2023年11月60例重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者,随机将30例纳入传统治疗的对照组和30例经鼻高流量湿化氧疗的观察组实施研究,比较两组患者临床症状消失时间、血气指标以及并发症总发生率情况。结果:观察组气促、三凹征、肺部啰音症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组PaCO_(2)、PO_(2)指标优于对照组(P<0.05),但pH值、氧合指数相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率(6.67%)显著低于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施经鼻高流量湿化氧疗治疗重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者,治疗效果明显,且能明显改善患者的临床症状及血气指标,减少并发症。Objective:To observe the curative effect of nasal high-flow humidifying oxygen therapy in patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 60 patients with severe pneumonia combined with respiratory failure who received nasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy in our hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected,and 30 cases were randomly included in the traditional treatment control group and 30 cases in the observation group of nasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy for study.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,blood gas index and the total incidence of severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of dyspnea,three concave signs,and pulmonary rales symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The PaCO_(2) and PO_(2) indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in pH value and oxygenation index compared to the control group(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy for the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure has obvious treatment effects,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and blood gas indexes of patients,and reduce complications.
