双下肢气压泵对预防腰椎术后患者下肢深静脉血栓的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究双下肢气压泵辅助踝泵运动对预防腰椎术后卧床患者下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法:选取2022年7月~2023年7月74例腰椎术后卧床患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组各37例;对照组进行常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施双下肢气压泵辅助的踝泵运动干预;比较两组凝血功能指标、下肢静脉血流速度、下肢周径、下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果:干预后,观察组各项凝血功能指标均优于对照组,观察组各下肢静脉血流速度均快于对照组,观察组各下肢周径均小于对照组,观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率远低于对照组,P均<0.05。结论:双下肢气压泵辅助的踝泵运动可改善腰椎术后患者凝血功能,加快下肢静脉血流速度,有效预防下肢深静脉血栓。Objective:To investigate the effect of double lower extremity air pump assisted ankle pump exercise on the prevention of lower extremity thrombosis in bed-ridden patients after lumbar spine surgery.Methods:From July 2022 to July 2023,74 patients with lumbar 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the patients in the observation group were given ankle pump exercise with the assistance of double lower extremity air pump on the basis of the control group,and the indexes of coagulation function,blood flow velocity of lower extremity vein,circumference of lower extremity,and incidence of lower extremity thrombosis were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the parameters of coagulation function in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the blood flow velocity of lower limbs in the observation group was faster than that in the control group,and the circumference of lower limbs in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,the incidence of lower limb thrombosis in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group,all P<0.05.Conclusion:Ankle pump exercise assisted by both lower extremity air pump can improve coagulation function,accelerate venous blood flow velocity and effectively prevent lower extremity thrombosis after lumbar spine surgery.
