经腹部与经阴道彩色超声在早期宫外孕诊断中的准确率分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨经腹部与经阴道彩色超声在早期宫外孕诊断中的准确率。方法:纳入2022年1月~2023年12月入院并经腹腔镜检查确诊为早期宫外孕的50例患者,均进行经腹部与经阴道彩色超声诊断,对两种超声诊断方法的诊断准确率和图像表现进行比较。结果:诊断准确率的比较中,经腹部彩色多普勒超声准确率低于经阴道彩色多普勒超声(P<0.05)。在图像表现上,经阴道超声检出盆腔积液90%,胚芽20%,心管搏动22%,宫内液性暗区(假孕囊)直径<3cm的概率为20%均高于经腹部超声检出的盆腔积液66%,检出胚芽6%,检出心管搏动8%,检出宫内液性暗区(假孕囊)直径<3cm的概率为4%(P<0.05)。结论:在早期宫外孕的诊断中,经阴道彩色超声诊断准确率高于经腹部彩色超声,且经阴道彩色超声的图像表现更好。Objective:To investigate the accuracy of transabdominal and transvaginal color ultrasound in early ectopic pregnancy diagnosis.Methods:50 patients admitted from January 2022 to December 2023 were diagnosed by transabdominal and transvaginal color ultrasound,and the diagnostic accuracy and image performance of the two ultrasound diagnostic methods were compared.Results:In the comparison of diagnostic accuracy,the accuracy of the transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound was lower than the transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(P<0.05).In terms of image performance,90%of pelvic effusion,germ 20%were detected,cardiac tube beat 22%,the diameter of intrauterine fluid dark area(false sac)was 20%higher than that of pelvic effusion detected by abdominal ultrasound 66%,germ 6%was detected,cardiac tube beat was detected 8%,and the probability of detecting intrauterine fluid dark area(false sac)diameter(<3cm)was 4%(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy,the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal color ultrasound is higher than that of transabdominal color ultrasound,and the image performance of transvaginal color ultrasound is better.
