超声检查诊断甲状腺癌合并淋巴结转移的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析超声检查诊断甲状腺癌合并淋巴结转移的价值。方法:选取本院追踪手术确诊患者108例(2020年1月~2023年6月),全部对其予以超声诊断,将临床结果进行分析,后续再结合手术病理诊断,探讨超声诊断在该疾病中的临床价值。结果:与手术病理结果相比,超声诊断下的疾病与淋巴结转移检出率、准确率均较高,结果与手术病理相近(P>0.05)。对超声诊断结果进行分析,得知淋巴结转移患者与未转移患者,在淋巴结形态、钙化程度、大小、Adler血流分级、血流丰富程度等方面存在较为显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于甲状腺癌合并淋巴结节转移患者来说,应用超声诊断,能够对病灶特点和参数予以有效评估,诊断效能高。Objective:To analyze the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma complicated with lymph node metastasis.Methods:A total of 108 patients diagnosed by follow-up surgery in our hospital(January 2020 to June 2023)were selected,all of whom were diagnosed by ultrasound.The clinical results were analyzed,and the clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis in this disease was discussed in combination with surgical pathological diagnosis.Results:Compared with the pathological results of surgery,the detection rate and accuracy of disease and lymph node metastasis under ultrasonic diagnosis were higher,and the results were similar to the pathological results of surgery(P>0.05).According to the analysis of ultrasonic diagnosis results,there were significant differences in lymph node morphology,calcification degree,size,Adler blood flow grade and blood flow richness between patients with lymph node metastasis and those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with thyroid cancer complicated with lymph node metastasis,ultrasound diagnosis can effectively evaluate the characteristics and parameters of the lesions,and the diagnostic efficiency is high.
