高频多普勒超声诊断血管球瘤的临床价值及表现分析

摘　　要：目的:对高频多普勒超声在血管球瘤诊断中的临床价值及表现进行分析。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月~2024年10月45例经手术病理证实为血管球瘤患者的临床及超声资料,总结其声像图特征,分析高频多普勒超声的诊断准确率。结果:高频多普勒超声诊断血管球瘤检出率95.56%,超声诊断符合率为80.00%。高频多普勒超声特征多为卵圆形或者椭圆形,边缘光滑,与周围组织边界清晰,内部低回声,多数内部血流信号丰富。结论:高频多普勒超声作为诊断血管球瘤检出率较高的方法,图像的特征性显著,结合病史诊断的灵敏度高,并且可较为准确地进行术前定位,显示肿物与周围组织的关系,可作为血管球瘤首选影像学诊断方法。Objective:To analyze the clinical value and performance of high-frequency Doppler ultrasound in glomus tumor.Methods:The clinical and ultrasound data of 45 patients confirmed by surgery from May 2018 to October 2024 were analyzed,the sonogram characteristics were summarized,and the diagnostic accuracy of high-frequency Doppler ultrasound was analyzed.Results:The detection rate of hemangioma diagnosed by high-frequency Doppler ultrasound was 95.56%,and the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 80.00%.High-frequency Doppler ultrasound features are mostly oval or oval,with smooth edges,clear boundary with the surrounding tissues,internal low echo,and most of the rich internal blood flow signals.Conclusion:High-frequency Doppler ultrasound,as a method of hemangioma diagnosis with high accuracy,has significant features of images,high sensitivity for diagnosis,and can be more accurate preoperative positioning.It belongs to the preferred imaging diagnosis method of limb hemangioma bulb tumor.
