摘　　要：目的:分析阴道斜隔综合征声像图表现,探讨超声检查在阴道斜隔综合征中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析厦门市妇幼保健院2010年1月~2024年8月收治的20例阴道斜隔综合征患者,分析其超声声像图表现,探讨其发病机制、分型、临床特点及治疗方式,并探讨超声检查对此病的应用价值。结果:超声检查显示所有确诊患者均可见子宫发育异常、一侧肾缺如,部分患者可见阴道或宫腔积液。结论:超声检查简单、无创、可重复,对阴道斜隔综合征具有较大的应用价值。Objective:The ultrasonographic manifestations of oblique vaginal septum syndrome(OVSS)were analyzed,so as to explore the application value of ultrasonography in OVSS.Methods:20 cases of oblique vaginal septum syndrome admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2010 to August 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and their ultrasonographic manifestations were analyzed to explore the pathogenesis,type,clinical characteristics and treatment,and discuss simultaneously the application value of ultrasonography in this disease.Results:Ultrasonography showed abnormal uterine growth and the absence of one kidney in all confirmed patients,and vaginal or uterine effusion may be seen in some patients.Conclusion:Ultrasonography is simple,non-invasive,repeatable,and has great application value to the oblique vaginal septum syndrome.
