摘  要:目的:探寻核磁共振血管成像技术(MRA)在脑血管疾病诊断中的效果。方法:选取2022年7月~2023年8月本院收治的80例脑血管疾病患者,随机分为对照组40例,观察组40例。对照组和观察组分别进行多层螺旋CT血管成像诊断和MRA诊断,对比效果。结果:观察组诊断准确率、误诊率、漏诊率、诊断满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MRA诊断可以使脑血管疾病的诊断效果提升,使漏诊和误诊率减少,使诊断满意度提高。在脑血管疾病中采用MRA诊断,可以提升诊断的准确性,有效降低误诊和漏诊率,提高诊断满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:80 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases and an observation group of 40 cases.The control group and observation group were respectively diagnosed with multi-slice spiral CT angiography and MRA,and the results were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy,misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate,and diagnostic satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRA diagnosis can improve the diagnostic effect of cerebrovascular diseases,reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and improve the diagnostic satisfaction.Using MRA for diagnosis in cerebrovascular diseases can improve the accuracy of diagnosis,effectively reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and improve the satisfaction of diagnosis.
