膝关节损伤的关节镜及核磁共振检查分析探讨

摘  要:目的:探讨分析膝关节损伤的MRI影像检查临床诊断效果。方法:在医院2021年11月~2023年11月接收的膝关节损伤患者中抽取出50例患者开展MRI影像学及膝关节镜检查研究。对所有患者采用核磁共振影像检查方式,以关节镜检查结果为金标准,将核磁共振影像学检查方式获得的准确性进行分析。结果:通过与关节镜检查结果对比显示,核磁共振影像检查诊断出的疾病类型以及准确率均较高,两种检查方式的检查结果对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用核磁共振影像对膝关节损伤患者进行检查诊断,可获得更加理想的诊断效果及准确性,使患者能够尽早确诊病情接受有效治疗。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical diagnostic effect of MRI imaging examination for knee joint injuries.Methods:50 patients with knee joint injuries who were admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected for MRI imaging and knee arthroscopy examination.All patients underwent magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination,with arthroscopic examination results serving as the gold standard.The accuracy of the MRI imaging examination was analyzed.Results:Compared with the arthroscopic examination results,the MRI examination accurately diagnosed the types of diseases and had a high accuracy rate,with no significant difference in the examination results between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using MRI to examine and diagnose patients with knee joint injuries can achieve more ideal diagnostic effects and accuracy,allowing patients to be diagnosed and receive effective treatment at an early stage.
