信息化管理系统对提高医院医疗设备管理水平的成效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究信息化管理系统对提高医院医疗设备管理水平的成效。方法:选择本院2020年8月~2022年8月94台医疗设备作为本次研究对象,对所有医院医疗设备实施信息化管理系统,对比实施信息化管理系统前后的医疗设备合格率、医疗设备管理质量评分及医疗设备使用满意度。结果:实施后的输液泵设备合格率为92.31%、心电监护仪合格率为90.91%,均高于实施前的73.08%、50.00%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实施后医疗设备管理质量定期质控评分为(16.67±1.83)分、设备保养填写表评分为(18.29±1.70)分、保养牌悬挂评分为(18.16±1.02)分、设备状态记录表评分为(18.96±0.43)分,均高于实施前的(13.58±1.29)分、(13.80±1.65)分、(15.80±2.31)分、(15.50±2.16)分,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实施后医疗设备使用满意度为96.81%,均高于实施前的76.60%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:信息化管理系统在医院医疗设备管理应用中能够有效提升医疗设备管理水平,提高医疗设备质量管理能力及护理人员使用满意度。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of information management system on improving the management level of hospital medical equipment.Methods:94 sets of medical equipment from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the objects of this study to implement the information management system for all hospital medical equipment,and compare the qualified rate of medical equipment,the quality score of medical equipment management,and the use satisfaction of medical equipment before and after the implementation of the information management system.Results:After the implementation,the qualified rate of infusion pump equipment was 92.31%and the qualified rate of ecg monitor was 90.91%,which were higher than 73.08%and 50.00%before the implementation,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The regular quality control score for medical equipment management after implementation was(16.67±1.83)points,the equipment maintenance filling form score was(18.29±1.70)points,the maintenance sign hanging score was(18.16±1.02)points,and the equipment status record form score was(18.96±0.43)points,all of which were higher than the pre implementation scores of(13.58±1.29)points,(13.80±1.65)points,(15.80±2.31)points,and(15.50±2.16)points,with statistical differences(P<0.05).After implementation,the satisfaction rate of medical equipment use was 96.81%,which was higher than the 76.60%before implementation,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The information management system can effectively improve the management level of medical equipment,improve the application of medical equipment management,improve the quality management ability of medical equipment and the satisfaction of nursing staff.
